Brady,
You are 11 months old. It is hard to believe that in less than a month you will be a year old! Time flies when you're having fun, and you my dear are a ton of fun.
You just learned this week how to stand by yourself for about 10 seconds, will reach out for what you want, will mimic what you see someone else doing, and learned to clap. You are also becoming quite the climber. You will climb up the stairs, and now you are climbing on the laundry basket and into chairs by yourself. You are learning so fast and your personality is really starting to shine through more and more.
You love, love, love to eat. If it wasn't for your allergies, you would literally eat anything we put in front of you. We are finding more and more that you can eat or will modify what we are eating for you.
Nothing has changed much in your sleep routine. You take 2 naps a day at around 9 and 1 and go to bed from 7pm-7am each night. You have become such a good sleeper and will put yourself to sleep. We think back to 6 months ago, and things are so much different now.
You are working on getting some more teeth and have been chewing anything you can get your hands on. You have tons of drool coming out right now too.
You still say mama and dada (still not directly to your dad or I), say "uh-uh" for uh-oh, "nuh-nuh" for no no, and you are starting to babble in your own special language so much more. You will look directly at your dad, Owen, or I and will just start talking.
We have started saying no to you a lot more. You have decided the last couple of weeks to throw your food or cup when you are finished eating, and are catching on to the word no. You sometimes think it is funny though and will smile at us when we say it.
You and Owen still play so good together. Poor buddy, we can tell you're the little brother thought. Owen thinks he is supposed to help us correct you, but is also a super great big brother and helps whenever we need him to. When asked to share his toys with you though, he will give you the car missing a wheel, the toys with no batteries, or other gimpy toys that he has no interest in.
This month you celebrated your first Easter. You and Owen dressed alike. Also this month, you went to Louisiana to meet Mawmaw Barbara and the rest of mommy's family for the first time! They absolutely loved you and thought you were a sweet baby.
We love you so much and can't wait to finish watching you grow up.

Brady 10 months
Brady,
You are 10 months old! How in the world is this possible?
You are still a mover and are currently working on trying to stand up and walking with a walker. You crawl so fast and love to chase after your brother, daddy, or I when we crawl with you.
You are easily entertained and laugh and smile so much!
You are such a good eater and you love to eat! You are so excited that you can feed yourself now. We have fed you pasta, veggies, fruits, beans, and any other gluten or dairy free food that I can find.
You have a double ear infection and you go back to the dr this week to make sure that it has gone away this time. You have so many teeth coming in right now and that isn't making you too happy.
You still go to bed anywhere between 6:30-7:30 and wake up between 7-7:30. You still prefer to take two naps a day, but will sometimes just take one good middle of the day nap depending on our schedule for that day.
This month you have said mama, dada, say and wave bye bye, uh oh, and are working on echoing things we say. We don't think you know that you are saying these things or that we are mama and dada but it is still exciting to hear.
You absolutely LOVE playing with Owen. You want to keep up with him so bad and we can tell that you can't wait to walk.
This month you got dedicated to the Lord. They prayed a special prayer over you and we receive that and promise to raise you and your brother to love Jesus.
We love you so much sweet cheeks.

Owen 3 years!
Owen,
You are 3 years old! We cannot believe it! For some reason, this birthday hit me the hardest. Maybe because now I know you really aren't a baby or toddler anymore, but you are a big boy!
On your birthday, you got pancakes that were shaped in the number 3 and a little single person cake. Then, Saturday, you had a Mickey Mouse party with our family. Jaxon and Uncle Justin couldn't make it because Jaxon got a stomach virus and Aunt Emily wasn't there because she lives in Texas. You got a lot of clothes, pajamas, shoes, underwear, socks, a sandbox, water table, pool, bath toy instruments, puzzle, night light, Spiderman car, and a big ball to bounce on. You loved all of your presents and had so much fun celebrating!
Since your 2 1/2 year blog post, you have changed a lot in 6 months! You are saying so many sentences and tell us so many stories. You are developing a strong will (which your pediatrician told me is normal for 3 year olds) and are starting to throw more fits if you don't get your way or if you don't want to do something. You are still such a sweet little man though, and are so much fun to be around.
You are starting to make more and more boy noises. You love to make farting noises with your daddy and you laugh if you hear someone else make that noise. Even the way you play is all boy. You love to knock down trucks and tell me about the monsters, dragons, and giants that are coming to our house. You are very rough and tumble and I love seeing your personality starting to come out more and more. You love to snuggle, give hugs and kisses, but it has to be your idea. One of my favorite times with you is in the car because you will talk and talk forever!
You are such a good big brother. Brady is starting to do more and more and gets on your nerves at times, but you handle it so well. We are working on telling you to let us know if he is bothering you instead of you trying to solve the problem by yourself by pushing him or taking toys out of his hands. It bothers you when he tries to eat your toys or when he tries to destroy your train track or a puzzle you are working on. But, we are trying to teach you patience.
You can identify all but about two letters, you know about 5-6 colors, you know most of your shapes, and you can count to 20. I am working on number recognition, but you are not quite there yet. You love to read and love to "read" to us. You love to pretend and I love watching you play by yourself because your imagination is amazing to watch. You also love to pray and read bible stories. We absolutely love this.
You were a ninja for Halloween and got to go to the pumpkin patch, and had a great Thanksgiving at Mimi's and a Christmas at Mawmaw's.
You love going to church, playgroups, MOPS, the library, the playground, Chickfila, Mawmaws house, and Chuck-e-cheese. You also love to just stay home and play toys and outside too. You love to watch tv and we have to monitor how much you watch, because you would watch it all day if we let you. Some of your favorite shows are Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Dora the Explorer, Diego, Little Einsteins, and Doc McStuffins. You love to play with trucks, your train on your traintrack, puzzles, musical instruments, balls, and love to read books. You are going to start preschool in September and you are so excited about that!
We got a new dog this month named Tinka and you absolutely love her! You love to play with her, snuggle with her, and help feed and let her out to go potty.
You still go to bed between 7:30-8 and wake up around 7. You have always been a good sleeper. You still take one nap a day, but we have missed it occasionally and you do ok. But, if you miss your nap more than just once in a while, you will shut down.
You are completely potty trained! But, you still wear pull ups for naps and to bed at night. You have just recently started to tell us when you need to go #2 so that was the final step in the process. Yeah! We are so proud of you our big boy. You have also started peeing standing up "like daddy" and are so glad you can.
You are 39 inches tall and 32 1/2 pounds. You are growing like a weed little dude. You are in 3t-4t shirts, and 3t pants. You outgrew all of your 2t pants. You are in size 6 shoes.
You are finally getting your 2 year molars in! It's about time sugar! You went to the dentist for the first time in January and you did so good!
We love you so much and can't wait to continue watching you grow up handsome guy!
Love,
Mommy and daddy

Brady 9 months
Brady,
Sorry your 9 month blog is so late! I was waiting to write it until you went to the dr. for your 9 month checkup so I could include your height and weight in this post!
You are still very busy and can't ever sit still for very long. Unlike your brother who is content playing with one toy or watching tv for as long as I let him, you want to play with everything in the room! You are still pulling up onto everything and are crawling so fast now!
You are still taking 4 sippy cups a day of formula and one sippy cup a day of dilluted apple juice. You are taking all fruit and veggie baby foods and you now will eat snacks and love them! It is a challenge to find you snacks and finger foods that you can eat because of your allergies, but I am working on it my dear. You like Mummum crackers, pinwheels, rice cakes, and baby cheetos for snacks, and so far you have tried banana, blueberries, beans, carrots, peas, and rye bread.
You are still going to bed around 7pm and usually sleep until 7am. This last week you have woken up at 5am and we found out today that you have an ear infection. So, that explains why you have been so fussy lately! You usually take go down for a nap around 9 and take another one around 1.
You are still in 12-18 month clothing. We found out today that you are 30 inches tall, which is the 95th percentile in length. So, that explains why you are in such big baby clothing! You are 19 pounds and 16 ounces too. You have a big baby belly, chunky thighs, a dimply booty, and a chubby face which is so adorable.
You still say "baba" all the time, and your new sounds are to blow your tongue against your teeth making a spitting sound, you say "ada" and "dada" (even though you don't know what you are saying yet.) You have started bouncing up and down and if one of us does it to you, you will do it back.
You and Owen still love to interact with each other and are starting to do it more and more the older you get. You will baby babble and he does it back to you. He is starting to show you how to use toys and wants to read to you. He also gets worried about you if you cry and doesn't like it.
This month was your first Valentine's day. Also this month, we got a new dog. You love Tinka and laugh at her and think she is so funny.
You are such a happy little guy. You are always always always laughing and smiling. We love you stinker and can't wait to watch you grow up more and more.
Love,
Mommy and Daddy

Brady 8 months
Brady,
This has been by far your busiest month yet! You have mastered crawling, you are pulling up to standing position onto everything, you will stand by holding on with only one hand, will get from standing holding onto something to sitting by yourself, will bend down holding onto something to pick up a toy, and you are starting to cruise on furniture. You are definitely going to walk early!
We finally got you allergy tested this month, and oh my goodness, you definitely have some food allergies going on. You are allergic to beef, pork, soy, wheat, all dairy, and peanuts! So, needless to say, you are not breastfeeding anymore and you are on a special formula called nutramigen. You are also eating fruit and veggie babyfoods, and no baby cereals, because you have a reaction to oatmeal and rice. At first, you weren't too happy that I was refusing to breastfeed you, but now you are taking to your sippy cup like a champ! You still will not take bottles, but you are drinking from a soft spout sippy cup great!
You have become a lot more predictable this month! You are taking formula equalling 20-24 ounces 4 times a day and are eating baby foods (2-3 per meal) 3 times a day. We have started offering you some Mum mum crackers or baby cheetos for snacks, but you don't seem interested yet. Wheen you take a bite, you make this face that looks like you just ate a lemon. I think this coming month, we will start introducing more finger foods and some juice.
This month, you have started sleeping completely through the night also! You are going to bed between 7-7:30 and are waking up around 7am. Mommy really appreciates the sleep and I know that you are feeling more rested also! Your naps have become a lot more predictable this month too. You take a morning nap at around 8:30 or 9 and an afternoon nap around 12:30 or 1. Your naps are anywhere from and hour to two hours in length.
You are in anywhere from 12-18 month clothing because you are so long!
You are such a happy baby and are smiling all the time. This month you started blowing with your mouth all the time and it looks like you are whistling. You also started saying the sound "bababa" all this time too and you love when we say it back to you.
You and Owen are starting to interact and play together so much more. He will go in your room when you wake up and will just talk and talk to you and hand you toys. You are starting to get on his nerves a little bit when you destroy a block tower that he made or when you break his train track. But, he is learning to share his toys and to be nice to you.
You celebrated your first Christmas this year and you had a lot of fun "opening" your presents and spending time with family.
You are growing up so fast and we love you so much sweet boy.
